30 days, no questions
If On The One isn't for you, you get your money back. Email support@ontheoneapp.com within 30 days of your purchase and include the email address you used to buy. That's it. No forms, no questions, no hard feelings.
How it works
- You email us within 30 days of your purchase.
- We issue a full refund through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, usually within 2 business days, and turn off your license key.
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
- Your license ends, and you stop using the App.
After 30 days
After 30 days, sales are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something is wrong with the App, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.

Please email us first. A refund from us is faster than a bank dispute.
